Key
Please let me know your approximate time of arrival and I will leave the entrance door unlocked with the key on the inside of the door for you, then you don’t need to wait for me.  Please access the apartment when you arrive, after 16hrs.

What you will find in the apartment

1 x small + 1 x larger towel for each person.

2 x tea towels
2 x toilet rolls
1 x kitchen bin bag (size 50ltr Bellecote and 30ltr Mont Blanc)
3 x dishwasher tablets
salt and pepper

Television
Our screens are equipped with a TV FireStick (amazon) where you can bring your own login details and passwords with you for your holiday entertainment, for applications such as Amazon, Netflix, My Canal, Disney + etc.  The channels are only available by the internet/FireStick not by cable or satellite.  If you don’t have access to these applications already then you will be able to download (free) applications such as TFI, Pluto TV, Arte, YouTube, France TV etc. 

Shops, Restaurants and Bars

Outside of the winter ski season (mid December to mid April) and July and August, the village of Montchavin is closed, so the nearest shops, restaurants and bars are to be found at LANDRY in the valley – just a 10 minute drive in a car.  There are also larger supermarkets to be found in the larger towns of BOURG ST MAURICE or AIME – both are just 20 minutes by car.

Shopping
There are large supermarkets in the towns of AIME (E.Leclerc) and BOURG ST MAURICE (SuperU, Intermarché, Lidl)– so it is easy to do your shopping on the way here before you arrive.  There are mini markets and boulangeries in Montchavin (Sherpa) and Les Coches (Spar)  too.

Slippers / indoor shoes
Please pack your slippers or indoor shoes to wear inside the apartment as outdoor shoes are not allowed.

Coffee Machines
There are both a filter coffee machine and also a Nespresso capsule coffee machine (without the milk) in both our apartments
